General Overview 

Located along the South West side of the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge, Styx Canyon Ranch is a privately owned elk ranch featuring spot and stalk hunts, as well as multiple stand set ups depending on capability and strategy. There are multiple water sources on the ranch, including small ponds, small creeks, and even a waterfall from the top of Styx Canyon following a good rain.  With parties of one or two guided by professional guides, we offer a superior, quality hunting experience.

When you hunt with Styx Canyon Ranch we guarantee you will get an opportunity to harvest a trophy bull or you will not pay the hunting charges. 

You can pass up or shoot any elk you see on your hunt, although a passed shot is considered an opportunity.
